GovTrack: On the Amendment (Durbin Amdt. No. 1014 )
This list contains the names of US Senators and how they voted on the Bankruptcy Bill pertaining to homeowners and foreclosures. Please note that the Bill to protect consumers was defeated.
It is no secret that these senators, both Democrats and Republicans, have the interests of the mortgage and banking industries at heart and not that of the consumers.
